operator in Argentina assess the performance of their frac plugs.
Having experienced wellbore restrictions when milling frac plugs in previous wells, the operator decided to switch to dissolvable plugs. The operator needed to confirm that these alternative plugs were providing an effective pressure barrier during frac operations.

EV's PlugVA service provides detailed information that reveals every aspect of frac plug performance. By utilizing EV's array camera footage, PlugVA is able to analyze the inner surfaces of the liner to confirm the exact setting depth, verify pressure containment and identify unwanted performance features such as plug slippage or leakage. Examination of these features can reveal the cause and extent of damage so that action can be taken to prevent and eliminate reoccurrence.
