1. What is AIVA ?

AIVA™ is an all-in-one cloud-based platform that allows users to store, visualize and interact with a wide variety of logs and data types, providing a complete solution to help you integrate, manage and safeguard your data, while placing it instantly at your fingertips wherever and whenever you need it.

 

2. How do I view my data on AIVA ?

AIVA™ has multiple data visualization modules that are optimized depending to suit the type of data available in each job. Please see the “HOW TO Videos” below for an introduction to the features and functions of each data viewer. If you are still having problems then contact AIVA support for assistance.

 

3. How do I get my data onto AIVA ?

AIVA™ is currently being offered as a turn-key service where data is uploaded and access is managed by the AIVA team. Please contact sales@aiva-data.com to discuss your requirements.

 

4. Why can’t I see specific wells or dataset in AIVA, but my colleagues can?

To help keep things secure, access is granted to each job individually and you can only see items that you have been assigned permission to view. If you wish to gain access, or to assign access to someone else for a specific job, then please contact the AIVA support team for assistance

 

5. How do I remove users from AIVA ? 

If there are users that you wish to remove from AIVA, for example, someone has changed departments or left your organization, please ask a manager contact the AIVA support team with details.

 

6. Can I put any data into AIVA from any service company?

Yes. AIVA™ is available to all.

 

7. What types of data, tools and views are supported by AIVA?

AIVA™ supports linear data, array data, and waveform data to enable 2D and 3D visualization of most cased hole logs, including multi-finger caliper, pipe thickness, cement bond, spectral noise, flowmeters, fluid identifiers, correlation tools, and environmental sensors.

 

8. What if the data or tool that I use is not in the supported list?

AIVA™ is very flexible, and we aim to provide the service for all. If you have a specific request then please contact sales@aiva-data.com with some details, and a member of the AIVA™ team will get back to you to discuss your requirements.

 

9. I cannot reach aiva-data.com at my workplace. Why is that?

If AIVA™ is working from your home, or via your phone using a cellular network, then it may be that your IT department needs to add aiva-data.com to your organization's approved list of websites. 

 

10.  AIVA behaves differently on my phone. Why is that ?

AIVA™ has not yet been developed to support mobile devices fully, so some features are affected as a result. We aim to address this in time.

 

11. How do  I contact the AIVA team for support ?

If you are having issues with AIVA™ that cannot be resolved from the FAQs or How To videos, then please click the Request Support button from within AIVA™, or fill out this form to provide details of the issue, and a support analyst will be in touch. You will receive a confirmation of submission via email which will contain more information about the support process.

 

10. I need support urgently and have filled in the form but haven't had a response from AIVA support yet ?

We understand that some issues cannot wait. Details of how to contact AIVA™ support by phone in an emergency are in the acknowledgement email you received when you submitted the request. Please call and a member of the AIVA™ team will provide immediate assistance.
